Terms of Service
Welcome to Lumina Dwelling. By engaging our services for bespoke furniture design or hotel interior planning, you agree to the following terms. We’ve designed these to be as clean as our interiors—no hidden clauses, just fair play.
01. Intellectual Property
Who owns the vision?
All design concepts, digital renderings, and custom fabrication blueprints created by Lumina Dwelling remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion, we’re happy to grant you a perpetual license for the specific project site. We do, however, reserve the right to photograph and feature our work in our portfolio. It's how we showcase the magic we build together.
02. Bespoke Fabrication Process
Custom furniture is just that—bespoke. Minor variations in grain, texture, and color of natural materials like wood or marble are expected. Do you understand that no two pieces are identical? That’s the beauty of artisan work. Lead times are estimates, though we pride ourselves on meeting deadlines with the punctuality of high-speed rail.
03. Site Access & Implementation
For hotel interior projects, the client must ensure site readiness for our installation team. Delays caused by third-party contractors on-site may result in rescheduling fees. We're here to optimize your space, but we need the room to move. Don't worry, we'll coordinate every step with your facility manager.
